I LOVE Star Wars, and I LOVE The Empire Strikes Back! Combine that with Street Art and…. well, Philadelphia has just been reminded that the Empire is looking for those damn rebels!
Skero, Nose, OddBall, Medic ,DMN, Knowone, Geebee, and Void all took to the skies and decided to take the abandoned Spring Garden High School look a little bit better.
This is part of a much, much, MUCH larger piece me and Pipelines found around North Philadelphia Station. We found a lot in this place, a LOT more, but I want to keep everyone on their toes for now.
Went to North Philly and found this next to the rail road tracks by Skero and DMN:
Found around 11th and Market… Wish I knew who did this. Really neat installation piece, using wood riveted to the pole. (EDIT: It was done by Dash. Thanks!)
In the trenches of North Philly, I found a few people ventured to the top of the old Spring Garden school. There’s more, much more, but I wanted to at least give you all a taste for now. Gee Bat, keep it up!

Awesome use of an abandoned building! Looks like MD (Medic), Free Zero, Oddball, and a few others got together to try and make the best use out of a building seeming no one else cares about. Great work!
I wish I knew who this was, it’s really cool! I love typography and for me, this is a really interesting find not only on Market Street, but also on the side of the industrial complex that is The Gallery Mall.
