NOM NOW has done a nice little bit where they went back to their spot around 5th and Banbridge and re-did an old piece, this time making it better than before! Some beautiful typography and nice placement!

This image of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air himself, Will Smith, has been floating around for years! It’s an amazing piece from NOM NOW and Priimuua.
So I’ll be honest and blunt; I’ve seen a LOT of stickers from Meme War popping up around Philly. In fact, “A LOT” feels like an understatement! Almost ever other block has one of their stickers in Center City! I haven’t posted any because none of them really stuck out. While walking around South Street I found THIS!
Its an amazing piece, and for me, the surprise was finding out it was created by none other than Meme War! As an added surprise, after doing a tiny bit of research, I found out they’re actually responsible for some other interesting pieces I’ve found and even posted!
With that said, I wanted to give props to these guys for being awesome!
This wheat-paste is located on Frankford Ave across the street from The Barbary. Someone snick a little “Obey” sticker on there and some “art”. Trust me, it’s not worth blowing up. That said, this wheat-paste is AWESOME.
Found this bad boy in Chinatown!
Congrats to the Nom Now Collective on yet another awesome sticker! “Out of Step with the world!”
Edit: Actually, turns out it isn’t by Nom Now. My apologies for the mix-up, and now I want to know who did it.
Found at 6th and Banbridge back in March. This a really wonderful illustration, and an incredibly well-done pattern to the left as well!
In the Italian Market is a wall that shows work form some famous street artists, including Shepard Fairey and homegrown talent Nose. I’m not sure if he also did the two luchadores, but the style and art is really weird and interesting!
Nom Now – A Collective that is trying their best to come up with some incredible street art! This piece is on the currently-abandoned building around 6th and Banbridge. The print is awesome and its interesting to see its done in pieces.
Here’s a full version of the piece:
Keep up the phenomenal work and keeping the Philly Street Art Scene interesting!
Another awesome piece from NOM NOW! This piece of graphic design brilliance is located at the old KFC/Long John Silvers around Girard Station.
NOM NOW hit the streets of Center City Philly with their unique brand of graphic design and street art! As much as I love illustration, I also love god graphic design, and this is EXACTLY what I mean! Found this around 11th and Market. May post the full thing later on…
